We provide affordable I.T services, for small, start-up and medium sized businesses.

We are flexible in our approach to the way we charge for our services.
Packages aimed to support start-up businesses for the first year.
We offer a full range of maintenance and support contracts, starting from as little as £6.00 per workstation.

Whilst some services are most cost effective if charged by the hour; like troubleshooting PCs, printers, scanners, copiers and fax machines. Other services like; software installation, PC upgrades, web design and network cabling installation are more cost effective when charged as a fixed price.

We deliver online support via our portal or remote desktop connection.
Within the 1st hour onsite; our engineer will give an estimate as to how long he/she will be onsite to conclude the service.
We'll even be available at weekends and national holidays.

We seek to be as competitive as possible and we'll always try to beat any genuine quote.

Workstation installation

We'll setup up to 2 workstations (PCs) and 2 printers or scanners for just £110.00.

Software installation

We'll install software; including Windows XP, Vista & Office 2003/2007 for just £20.00 per install.

Maintenance & Support contracts

Starting from as little as £6.00 per workstation, £10 per server, £3.00 per printer, scanner or fax machine and £4.50 per copier.

Business start-up packages (1st year only)

We know how difficult it can be getting good, reliable and affordable I.T services when you first start-up your business. That's why we offer these packages to ALL UK based start-up businesses for the first year.

We'll install, and service up to 3 workstations, printers, scanners and 1 fax machine; for 1 year, for just £230.00 for the year.
We'll design and host (for 2 years) your website with up to 4 pages for just £165.00.
We'll give you onsite support, 8AM and 6PM Monday to Friday, for just £15.00 per hour.
Online support is a one off subscription charge of £20.00.
Remote support is charged at £10.50 between the hours of 8AM and 8PM Monday to Friday.

And if you want to add to these packages from our normal range of services, we'll give you a 15% discount on all other services.

Onsite Visits

Our onsite visits are available between 7AM and 8PM Monday to Friday and cost just £25 per hour (After 8 PM & before 7 AM we charge just £38.00 per hour).

We charge you one flat rate for our on-site time during the day, no matter how complicated the task; this makes billing simple, the costs more effective and manageable for you.

Online support

Our online support fees are flexible; starting from as little as £10 per subscription annually to £468.00 (annually) for your own company's support forum with 60 pre paid technical resolves and as many subscriptions as you have employees.

Remote technical support

We charge £18.50 per hour for remote support between the hours of 7AM and 8PM Monday to Friday (After 8 PM & before 7 AM we charge just £25.00 per hour).

Weekend (Sat/Sun) & Bank holiday periods

Hourly rate is £38.00.
