Overview:
There are only two types of
technical support; onsite (hands on) or distance
support (hands off). Webantics, provide normal
onsite (hands on) support services as well as
distance support via remote connection and our
online support portal and forums.
You get the benefit of a fully
functioning technical services department; at
your deposal without having all of the
associated costs.

Install and configure;
workstations, laptops, servers, printers,
scanners, fax machines and other I.T
peripherals.

Break/Fix; troubleshooting,
repairs, upgrades and servicing.

Software; installation,
configuration and setup. Troubleshooting,
testing and upgrades.

Online support via a dedicated
support portal and remote connections.

We do not charge 'call
out' fees.
Having good technical support, help and advise;
doesn't mean you have to pay thousands or have your
